Euda is a proud graduate of Satya Yoga Immersion & Yoga Teacher Training for People of Color. She fell in love with Yoga Nidra (relaxation as meditation/enlightened sleep) early in 2016 when she was teaching yoga to high school freshman who were not comfortable with a silent savasana.
